Case Study: Canon

Canon India had come out with 2 new projectors, and their marketing team would actually print and send 40-page 250GSM brochures to their clients when their sales team visited potential customers. This was a huge expense, and an anonymous survey found that decision-makers at the client side did not even look at these brochures but would throw them in bins as soon as the salesperson left. This was a significant expense, wastage, and increased carbon footprint from printing. We brought them the idea of sending videos to their clients or letting their marketing team visit clients with sample videos on tablets, showing a short, curated, and elegantly crafted video that saves a lot of time for their customers, reduces printing costs, and lowers their carbon footprint.
